Though Moroccan Mackerel
Such a simple dish
Fry (not in oil) a small red onion while getting a Moroccan styled Couscous ready. Couscous only takes around five minutes to prepare. All you need to do is add hot water and stir; then leave.
Add the tin of Mackerel Fillets in Moroccan Sauce to the onions and heat up. Obviously you take the Mackerel out of the dish first!
Once all the ingredients have been prepared; spread the couscous onto a tortilla; then top with the fish mixture. Wrap it up and fry; again in no oil; on both sides until the tortilla is warm and starting to brown up. Though you don’t want it too brown.
